These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”) and Glossyhome (“Company”, “We”, “Us”). By accessing glossyhome.in or placing any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
Section 01
Definitions
The following terms have the meanings assigned to them below whenever used in these Terms & Conditions:
“Website”
The website accessible at glossyhome.in and all its subpages, mobile versions, and related platforms operated by Glossyhome.
“User”
Any individual who visits, browses, registers, or transacts on the Website, whether or not they make a purchase.
“Customer”
A User who places or has placed an Order for Products through the Website.
“Products”
All furniture items listed on the Website, including coffee tables, chairs, and any other home furnishing products.
“Order”
A confirmed purchase request placed by a Customer for one or more Products, accepted by Glossyhome.
“Price”
The listed selling price of a Product inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
“Services”
All services provided by Glossyhome, including product listing, ordering, delivery, customer support, and after-sales service.
Section 02
Eligibility & Account Registration
To use this Website and place Orders, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Age RequirementYou must be at least 18 years old. By using this site you confirm you meet this requirement.
Legal CapacityYou must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Valid Contact InfoYou must provide a valid email address, phone number, and delivery address when registering or ordering.
One AccountYou may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to misuse offers or policies is prohibited.
Account SecurityYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Accurate InformationAll information you provide must be true, accurate, and current. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false information.
Glossyhome reserves the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, especially in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

Products & Pricing

Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to screen display settings, photography lighting, or natural material characteristics. Such variations do not constitute grounds for a return.

Pricing: All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed separately during checkout.

Price Changes: Glossyhome reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your Order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout and confirmed in your Order Confirmation email.

Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system issue, we reserve the right to cancel Orders placed at the incorrect price, even after payment, and issue a full refund.

Stock Availability: All products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any product listed on the Website will be in stock at the time of your Order. In case of out-of-stock, we will notify you and process a full refund.

Promotional Offers: Discounts, sale prices, and promotional offers are time-limited and subject to specific terms. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and Glossyhome reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.

Orders & Payment

Order Placement: Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An Order is only confirmed once full payment is successfully processed and you receive an Order Confirmation email from Glossyhome.

Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your Order ID, product details, price, and estimated delivery timeline. Please retain this for your records.

Payment Methods: We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and EMI options via our payment partners (Razorpay / PayU). All transactions are encrypted and secured.

Payment Security: Glossyhome does not store your card details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. In case of a failed transaction where money is deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

GST Invoice: A GST-compliant tax invoice will be provided with every Order. If you require the invoice under a specific GSTIN, please inform us at the time of ordering.

Right to Refuse Orders: Glossyhome reserves the right to cancel or refuse any Order at any time before dispatch if we suspect fraud, misuse of offers, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of the product. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Section 05
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners. The following terms govern delivery:

Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. Glossyhome is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the Customer.

Delivery Attempts: Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the product may be returned to our warehouse and the Customer will need to arrange a re-delivery (which may incur additional charges).

Inspection at Delivery: Please inspect your product carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery slip and reported to us within 24 hours with photographs.

Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to natural calamities, public holidays, logistics issues, or remote locations. Glossyhome is not liable for such delays.

Title & Risk: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon delivery. Title to the products passes to the Customer only upon full receipt of payment.
Section 06
Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your Order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@glossyhome.in or calling +91 77374 29465. A full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

After Dispatch: Once an Order has been dispatched (tracking number shared), it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered, subject to our Returns Policy.

Cancellation by Glossyhome: We reserve the right to cancel any Order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or courier service limitations to your area. In all such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Custom/Made-to-Order Products: Orders for custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Please review such orders carefully before confirming.
Section 07
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Eligible Returns: Products damaged during transit, defective products, or products significantly different from the description are eligible for return or exchange at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been assembled, used, modified, or damaged by the Customer; products returned without original packaging; and items purchased under a “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” label are not eligible for return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at support@glossyhome.in with your Order ID and clear photographs of the issue within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.

Reverse Pick-Up: For approved returns, we will arrange a reverse pick-up from your delivery address at no charge. Do not ship products back without our explicit approval.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the product being received and inspected at our warehouse.

Colour / Finish Variations: Slight variations in colour or finish compared to website images (due to screen calibration or material characteristics) are not considered defects and do not qualify for return.

Consumer Rights: Nothing in this Returns Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law.
Section 08
Product Warranty
Warranty PeriodMost Glossyhome furniture products carry a 6-month manufacturing defect warranty from the date of delivery unless stated otherwise on the product page.
What’s CoveredStructural defects, faulty hardware/fittings, and manufacturing defects that affect normal use of the product.
What’s Not CoveredNormal wear & tear, scratches, stains, fading, damage from misuse, improper assembly, or commercial use.
Claiming WarrantyEmail us at support@glossyhome.in with your Order ID, description of defect, and supporting photographs.
Warranty ResolutionAt our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund the product. The decision of Glossyhome’s quality team is final.
Non-TransferableWarranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a third party.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, logos, graphics, designs, and software — is the exclusive property of Glossyhome or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
By using this Website, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

- Using the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian or international law
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, server, or database
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any malicious code
- Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
- Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Website using automated tools
- Impersonating another user, Glossyhome employee, or any other person or entity
- Using the Website to transmit spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or promotional material
- Attempting to interfere with the Website’s functionality, security, or other users’ experience
- Placing fraudulent Orders or using stolen payment credentials
- Reselling Glossyhome products purchased at promotional prices without prior written approval
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending Orders without refund, and legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable laws.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

As-Is Basis: The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Glossyhome makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Website’s uninterrupted operation, accuracy of content, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glossyhome’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Order giving rise to the claim.

Indirect Damages: Glossyhome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data loss, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Links: Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. Glossyhome is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such external sites and provides these links for convenience only.

Force Majeure: Glossyhome is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or internet failures.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act 1872, Consumer Protection Act 2019, Information Technology Act 2000, and the Sale of Goods Act 1930.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably by contacting our Grievance Officer at support@glossyhome.in. We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 30 days.

Consumer Forum: Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to approach the appropriate District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes may, at Glossyhome’s discretion, be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by Glossyhome in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Rajasthan, India.

Amendments to These Terms
Glossyhome reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make changes:
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
Registered users may receive an email notification for material changes.
Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If you disagree with the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glossyhome with respect to your use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements.
